F35 max input voltage

Does anyone happen to know the max voltage the F35 can take in via the 8pin lemo? The manual says the camera itself takes a 10.5-17V input, though I could have sworn you needed 24V running in to use the 24v output and to also power the SRW1 with the camera. I've gone through the operations manual and it seems a bit unclear if 24V is no go, or if 24v is no go. Pg 54 notes you can tell the camera to accept 24V...

TL;DR, Can the F35 accept 24v power? If so, what is the max voltage it can take?
 
If I'm not mistaken, the 8 pin supports two separate but simultaneous inputs of 14 and 24, if your battery plate can deliver it. Most plates will only do 14v, so the 24v accessory ports won't be active.
