F3 overcrank vs FS100 overcrank

I am shooting a short and we have an F3/ Ki Pro Mini combo for the A cam. A FS100 for the B Cam. I am trying to figure out which would be better for doing our over crank shoot. So its really a question of 720 60P 10bit 4:2:2 ProRes vs 1080 60P 4:2:0 AVCHD. We are planning on doing a fair amount of color grading. Does any one have any thoughts on which would be better.

Thanks in advance.

if your final output is dvd or internet, do 720p60 422. If you plan on using bluray, you might wanna consider 1080p60.

Is there a difference if you shoot with 50p and throw it on a 25p timeline,
ore shoot in 25p with Q&S overcranked to 50?

You lose sound with S+Q

But it is so handy to not have to conform (actually the pain is to know which files to conform!)

Its also so handy to just hit the S+Q button rather than dig in the menu

Image quality? I have not tested

you dont even need s/Log... just a dual link recorder.

The F3 will do 60P, when its in "60i" mode, it outputs 60p through dual link.
