F3: F3 emergency

I'm helping a colleague currently in Kenya with a problematic F3.

Won't turn on anymore. The green power button blinks but the camera doesn't turn on.

Aside from that, anywhere "local" to get it serviced ASAP?

I cannot help with a place to get it serviced but here is the error and warning section from the manual, maybe it can offer some help. Good luck.

Is the problem apparent for both battery power and AC power? The power board does some handling on each input - in theory it's possible for one to be busted but the other still viable. If the DC-IN is still functional, it should take 12v unregulated 4-pin XLR. Depending on the gear he has nearby that might be viable to rig quickly.
