F&V LED studio panel up for sale. This is the dimmable, bi-color version of the light with DMX control. You can run this via an edison power cord, or via a V-lock battery. The plastic panel is scratched and cracked (as pictured) but I'd imagine you can get new plastic and pop out the old one pretty easily.

Includes original packaging, power cord, battery plate. Sells for $499 new, looking to get $300 plus shipping for the light.
 
It does not come with the diffusion panel. What do you mean by power accessories? It has the DMX module, and V mount module built in.
