Extremely Low Bitrates in 720P mode after Hack

Hi,
I have applied lpowells high stability patch to my gh1. The FHD Mode (1080) is very nice to use, producing very consistant results.
I have tried the 720 60 mode and have noticed some problems have arisen. Some shots I ma taking show a lot of pixelation. And when I look at the properties of tne mts files I have found the shots to only have recorded under 3mbps bitrate. I notice this far more when using the camera for low light shoots. I was shooting action sports and didnt notice that i was shooting crap for half an hour. The live view shows up fine but when i play it back the footage is rubbish. I am in a PAL country and would like to be able to use a 60 frame mode for slo mo, but I dont think I can anymore. Does anyone have any ideas for this.
Also I have issues with the MJPG 35mbps patch. If I record anything over a couple of seconds long, it will not right to the card. Message just says turn camera off. I have sandisk class 10 cards. Any ideas

Thanks in advance.

low bitrate and low light is probably cause you are shooting below 1/50th. if you are shooting at 1/30th bitrate dies in the ass with patches set higher than 35Mbit. only happens with 720p

Also make sure you have the absolute latest release of PTool. I thought i did, and had problems with writing to my card, until i re-downloaded.

exposures under 0 cause a dramatic loss of detail which is why its so low. that and shutters below 1/125'th at 60fps mixed with fast movement. Live view should be named Lie view, because what you see isnt what you get. Watch your exposure meter and take a picture of your scene before shooting just to be sure.

That explains a lot. I had no idea.
There should be a hack to keep the bitrate constant at all times and conditions.
