Extremely big pixel blocks in HPX171 framegrap

Hi there. I Just borrowed a HPX171. This is a framegrap from a 720p 50frame video from the HPX171. When i got home i played with the colorcorrection and applied some saturation.

When doing so extremely big pixel blocks make themselves noticeable. But it does not seem to affect the hole picture. But look at the horses in the foreground and the face of the man. Is this normal, i hope not? I have seen ths happening in a lot of clips, but only when shooting 720p and never wehen shooting 1080p.

Sorry the picture is not in the correct aspect ratio, i just exported it right out of the finalcut timeline. But never mind the JPG compression. In the video it actually looks MUCH worse.

It seems like a side effect of an extreme CC rather than a camera issue, in my opinion.

Saturation at 100% lately?

Yeah lots of saturation, but i can also see it when i don´t apply that much saturation. Again in the video it looks much worse. The jpeg compression actually makes it look better.
And how do you explain that only certain colors are affected and only in 720p? I mean that looks worse than HDV, no?
