Extreme temperature changes - condensation

I'm going to be shooting in a 32 degree industrial cooler/freezer warehouse for several hours.

I'm in FL, so when we wrap I'll be going from 32 to 90 and I'm very worried about condensation buildup.

I've heard about people putting the camera in a plastic bag so that it adjusts to the outside air. Does anyone have any other suggestions and/or do you think the plastic bag deal will work with these extremes?

Many thanks.

Do you have to shoot outside after being in the freezer? If not just remove the battery, walk out and store the cam in a as dry as possible room for a night.

Get a large ZipLoc bag and put the camera and any other electronics like P2 cards, FS-100, mike etc. inside the bag along with some silica gel packs or another type of dessicant. Squeeze as much air as possible out before sealing the bag, then let the equipment warm up to ambient temperature.
