I have been racking my brains on trying to figure out how to get two separate external mic to bring in audio through my two XLR inputs on my DVX 100A to my footage. I have only been successful on getting one side to work .
The mics I am using are two shure mic non phantom powered and connected by XLR cable to the camcorders two XLR imputs.
I set my channel 1 to input 1 and channel 2 to input two and I did the same to the buttons on the front of the DVX setting them to mic 1 and mic 2.
But I seem to get only either mic 1 or mic 2 to work and never both mics at the same time.
Anyone out there know how I get get two of these channels to work and bring in audio from my two mics connected to the DVX 100a?
