external mic holder?

Hi -
I managed to break off the external mic holder on dvx100a. (I mean the little plastic part that attaches to the handle) Thankfully, the camera itself is fine. The mic holder is broken in half. I could try gluing it back together, but I was wondering if I could just buy a new one? It's a little piece of plastic, after all.

Anyone want to sell me theirs? Any thoughts how to get a new one?

I did the same thing, You can buy a new one from panasonic. go to http://www.pasc.panasonic.com/epartr/PartslistChoice.asp
enter ag-dvx100a and you can select mic holder adaptor, It's 25 bucks.

You can have mine for $12.50 plus actual shipping. (half price)

Mine is the original DVX... don't know if that matters to you. I took that off the day I bought my cam and it's been in the box ever since.

I'm the guy who encourages everybody to get the K-Tek KSSM... never used the stock mount.
