External Drive not seen by Avid?

in this case it's my iPod, I'm pretty sure I've been able to use my HVX MXF footage from it before without transferring to an internal Drive, but for some reason Avid just doesn't see it as a Drive, my computer does, but Avid does not...


Any suggestions?
 
Make sure in your Media Creation settings that you are not filtering drives based on resolution. Also, if you attached your ipod after you launched Avid, you usually have to do File-->Mount All in order for Avid to see the media.
