Extended Handles

I'm currently looking for some extended handles for my new rig. Zacuto got them, but they're too pricey for my kinda budget:

Do any of you know where to get something like this for a reasonable price?

Thanks Chris - I already looked at the gini stuff but I wasn't really satisfied with it.

I just saw the Letus grips tough, they might be right for me. Probably not cheap, but I'm sure they're cheaper than the Zacuto ones. I'm gonna ask them for a quote.
