Varicam35: Express P2 C series vs B series differences

Wondering what is the difference between the C and B series Express P2? Particularly if C series will last longer or improved upon? There is zero mention of the feature of the C series. The transfer rates look similar. New manufacturing process doesn't say much about these C series cards.

On a side note, I still have the old P2 64 Gb E series bought back in 2010. 9 years later and the life counter is still about 80% left. So these media cards do last quite a long time.

Functionally there is zero difference. One of the components was discontinued by the sub-manufacturer. Since the design had to be tweaked in order to accommodate new components, Panasonic changed the model. But the C-series performs identically to the B-series. There is no advantage of one over the other.

The 512 Gb B series are extremely scarce now. Guessing stock is depleted in order to make room for C series. Major retailers do not have B or C in stock. Prior to upgrading to AU-XPD3 TB3 reader, m.2 SSD drives, I had to stay awake until 1-2 am to copy these large files on the AU-XPD1 and A series that capped off at about 300 MB/s vs 1.2 GB/s for B-series. Now with a full 512 Gb, it's taking about 16 min w/ full XX-Hash64 checksum verify and only 8 min w/ out verification. Huge time saving. Can at least get a decent 7-8 hours of sleep instead of only 3-4. So is it worth $1,825K/per 512Gb Express P2 B-series? Yes if you factor in the time it saved and have more sleep hours available.
