What is going on with ER I try checking on something and I can't get in.

Just FYI - I emailed them yesterday and got a response around 4am this morning. Apparently they were doing maintenance and upgrades that took longer than they expected.

I've always been bothered by how XR doesn't let you adjust volume. Terrible design problem.
