Exporting using Compressor to 100mb or less

Hello everybody,
I have FCP Studio 1 and I am trying to export my 4min and 30sec movie in less than 100mb's (for youtube). I have tried almost everything in Compressor to get the best quality for under 100mb's but nothing has worked. Its a 24pa timeline, and as far as sound goes, mono is fine.

PLEASE HELP ME ASAP! THANK YOU!

Go to EXPORT QUICKTIME MOVIE.
Choose the drop down menu at the very bottom left and select BROADBAND HIGH.
Select Options.

Select SIZE - Be sure it is set for the right size. When I do HD projects I set it to 640x360. This makes it letterboxed in youtube.
Be sure to check DEINTERLANCE but not Letterbox if you use my size settings.

Select (I think) Settings
Set your frames to 24
Set the quality to BETTER

That gives you the best quality. Trust me I have tried a million other ways.

Watch this with those settings. I used the P2 cards to record 720pN
