Exporting HVX-200 Footage

I have footage shot with the HVX which is edited and I would like to export using compressor or FCP. The destination is going to be for facebook or youtube, any suggestions?
 
Use the settings which give you lowest file size (and hence quality). Facebook and Youtube both murder any decent quality.
 
I expect the quality to be pretty bad, but I have seen some decent looking hvx footage on youtube letterboxed out there that looked nice, plus my work is quite short
 
I was just thinking that you may want to save yourself some upload time by not trying to get great footage on either of those sites. Most (if not all?) of the good quality footage on Youtube is sponsored (i.e., it costs). Facebook is worse and will definitely destroy any HD quality. :)
