Exporting HDV Timeline From Avid Xpress Pro

I have a 720/30P timeline edited in Xpress Pro 5.1.1

When I try to export a quicktime reference, it says it is not allowed. How do I get the movie out so I can author to MPEG-2 in Compressor?
