Exporting HD

I'm using Adobe Pre. 1.5 to edit the Jvc prohd and it up loads great. But what settings to i export it with. I've tried doing a quicktime file, but for 9 minutes of footage it takes up 22 gigs! Is There a certain setting to get the best quality and even if that setting makes it a huge size. Is there a program that can convert it to fit a normal dvd without downgrading it a whole lot.

Premiere has an HD plug-in but my advice is to purchase the new 2.0 whihc has a ton of native HD programs that addresses and fixes these and other issues. Pro 1.5 was never designed to handle HD. If you have 1.5, it's a $199 upgrade to 2.0 but there are bundles that include additional suite offerings like the new 7.0 AE and Photoshop CS2, each designed for HD integration.
