Exporting Footage! - Need help Fast!

I have footage from my T2i DSLR.

I converted the video to ProRes 422. I then put it into FCP and I just dragged it into the time line, it asked if I wanted to change the video settings so I pressed 'yes'

Shot: 1080 - 24p
[MPEG Streamclip - Apple ProRes 422]

Now I need to export this in 720 24p.
And another copy in SD.

How do I do this?

Export it using QuickTime conversion. There you can set codec, frame size and frame rate as well as audio

Okay. Thanks. Last time I exported to Quick Time, not the conversion one. I just pressed option and changed some formats there, but didnt work.

Would this be good? - So I can upload it in FB, YouTube and/or Vimeo:

Export - Export to Compression
Options
Settings - H.264
................Best
................OK
Size - HD 1920x1080 16:9 (or if they want 720p) HD 1280x720p 16:9

Leave everything else as is.
Is that right? Am I making the right choice for the size too?
What about for SD?

H.264 1920x1080 is the best conversion for YouTube. When i export i usually use the same settings you mentioned above and it worked perfect!

I will give it a try in a few hours when I get back to the editing lab and give it a try. Hopefully it works this time!
