Exporting Avid Project into FCP

I shot a short film with the HVX 200. Our editor is working with Avid Express Pro but everyone else on the project is using FCP.

How do we get the final project from Avid and into FCP?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
 
Pretty sure that automatic duck only works with omf files, not mxf. Avid works in mxf for dvcprohd or anyother HD. So, I dont know if you have any options here.
