Exporting 720P/30 Footage in Final Cut

So I am attempting to export footage from my HVX 200 which was shot in 720P/30 native.

It looks great in final cut, but when I go to export it, the footage doesn't look like HD quality. I'm just trying to put the clip on youtube in the best possible quality.

What would the best quality be to export it? I've tried the "current" settings, I've tried DVC PRO HD 720/30 setting, and even the Apple HD settings, but it never looks as good as it does when I'm editing the footage.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you are trying to post it for youtube look at youtubes videos specs. You will find that youtubes compression setting are H264
