Export setting final Cut express

I did a Video for my job. I edited in final cut express and shot on the xha1 in hd. The project has to be in a mpeg format...!
what settings should i use to make the video retain its original un-pixelated beautiful quality and hd format.

I would also like to put it on vimeo.com

also what settings did you use in FCE?

finally, any compression to any variant of mpeg will affect the quality of the video
