Export Question

So I've been trying to export my video and the file size is way too big. When I finally get it to something acceptable the quality sucks horrible on the image. Does anyone know a good way I can export my movie to the h.264 codec and keep it under 60mb without sacrificing the quality of the image?

I exported my file as a ProRes 444 then placed it into compressor. I chose the template H.264 Lan Streaming and the file came in at 58.6mb.
