Export Back to H264 File for Playback on Camera/HDTV?

Has anyone figured out the right export settings in an NLE to export an edited project back to the 5d for playback on an HDTV? I've played with it a bit in Premiere and can't get it to work unfortunately. I think it may have to do with that .THM file?

This is not possible AFAIK, at least according to Canon.
