Experimental video

I liked it. Reminded me of Aphex Twin. The video should have been a bit less one- dimensional though. It could have been infinitely more interesting if you had filmed outside in a forest or something- a place with much better lighting. I loved the look of the stove shots, very nice

What's the name of your friend? I really liked that song.
 
Yes it was very aphex and your style was very chris cunningham but the vid isnt doing anything for me, sorry. it would be great as projected live visuals for a show though!

I know you were going for experimental but i think you need some sort of faint structure & premise. Look at the vids for come to daddy, come on my selector, window licker etc. They're all crazy tracks that are treated to crazy scenarios and for that they work. This was just a little bit too randon for random sakes.

The tune is actually pretty light and airy so i think a brighter, happier setting would serve it better, the visuals are just a bit dark in tone for the song.

well, I'm glad that it reminds you guys of aphex twin/cunningham since that is the kind of style I am going for.. I agree that there needs to be more of an underlying theme.. Right now it is just kind of random footage, but I do like some degree of randomness - althought it is probably too much as it is.

The track is by a guy named Chad Taylor - although I doubt you'll find any more of his stuff online.. I'll let him know that he should put up a page for people to download some of his music!
