Experienced New York City filmmaker wants tutorial from experienced DVX200 user

Jim Feeley

Veteran
Doug Block (director of well-regarded documentaries 112 Weddings, 51 Birch Street, Home Page, and others) owns a DVX200 but isn't sure he's getting all he can out of it.

Doug's a super experienced camera operator, but he'd like to find (and barter with or pay) someone with a deep understanding of the DVX200, and who also has the perspective of an experienced camera operator, to help him make sure he's getting the most out of the camera, V-Log L, the various scene files, etc. And he'd like to meet with this person face to face. So someone in or very near New York City is needed.

Doug's IMDB page:

You can email Doug here:

Thanks!

Jim
PS- Doug and I are only acquaintances, but I really like his films. And he's a nice guy.
