Take a journey to the edge. Find out what lies in the darkness of the EXPANSE. I hadn't completed an animated film in a while, and decided to work on a brickfilm that had a bit more grit then usual.

Great work! The style of cinematography, music and animation are all very well done and consistent, which led to a compelling and very dark tale. This is no easy task considering the use of Lego characters and sets. How did you handle the camera moves with the stop-motion? (also, no easy task). Congrats!

Thank you! I had seen darker, grittier LEGO animations before and I wanted to attempt that. The more I think about it, there is something almost inherently creepy about minifigures that seem to be moving by themselves. Some movements were as simple as moving the set or tilting frame by frame, others were combined with postproduction moves.
