GH2 Expanded Focus for "manual" non-m4/3 Lenses?

On the GH1 I had one of the function buttons programmed for expanded focus (with both m4/3 and non m4/3 lenses). But with the GH2 I haven't been able to figure it out through the menus. Am I going crazy??

Push in the aperture/shutter wheel.

I believe the default settings are configured so you simply touch the screen to expand focus as well.

I programmed the Fn2 button to be the expanded focus button, so it's similar to the GH1.
