it looks like there's a hair or some cloth fiber on your sensor

the bad news is that cleaning a sensor is risky and not for the faint-hearted
the good news is that a hair or cloth fiber is one of the easier things to get rid of

so, watch this:

and get only as far as you need in order to get clean images again (the blowing bit is not risky, so if it works just avoid all the rest)
