Ex3 training guide

I'm borrowing an EX3 next week for a day to shoot an indoor show and want to find out as much as I can about it before I get it.
I looked up the user manual and Philip Blooms review on youtube. They helped but still feel like I dont know much about it. Is there something similar to Barry Greens DVX book out there?
Since I'm only going to have the cam for a day I dont really want to buy training books for it though...

At the moment I'm looking on information on how much footage will fit onto a 4GB card with various frame rates & video size. Also is there any nice settings to film while indoors & poor lighting.

I'm not getting paid for it and there will be other filmers there as well, so I'm not very worried about getting perfect footage on my side.
My own camera is a dvx but I have a chance to use this camera and dont see why I should pass the chance to try it out :) Just want to learn a few things about the camera before I get to test it out.
