EX3, Letus Ultimate, Zacuto Newsman, please help!

I have a ex-3 with the Letus Ultimate and I use the VG gadgets plate with rails, but what does the trick is my DVTec ENG support rod. Its really perfect, it's a spring loaded mono pod that attaches at your waist and supports all that front weight with ease. And the mono pod comes loose from rails with a quick release button. As for the shoulder mount I use a paded Cavision shoulder set-up. The problem is not the shoulder set-up it's more about controlling the front weight, for me.

These guys here are a little late on the scene, but their EX-3 base and shoulder set -up is petty much a perfect solution. Add the DVTec to that and you could have it on your shoulder all day.
