EX3 image problem

Hello everybody,
I shot this with my EX3 (1080/50i). Does anybody know what's causing the brown stripes?

Take a pic of something without the flourescents and see if they are still there.

Turn off the shutter. These bars appear when the shutter speed is higher than the line frequency of the gas discharge lighting.

Yep, that's the CMOS rolling shutter interacting with the fluorescent lights. Do as basspig says, and match the shutter speed to the lights' frequency. Typically that will mean using 1/50th in Europe, or 1/60th in the USA.
