EX3 Footage Not Displaying

Hey, I Directed a music video a while back, and the editor bailed, so now I have to edit the video. I have some EX3 files that where dumped onto the Hard Drive, and was not imported in via FInal Cut pro. I wanted to know how can I convert the footage so that it is visible and usable. the codec that is displaying is .MP4, .SMI, PPN, .XML, .BIM. I am trying to obtain a quicktime file so i can edit in final cut pro... THANKS... in desperate need of help...

you need xdcam ransfer for fcp

No Fohdeesha, at least in my case as there is no BPAV folder, xdcam transfer doesn't recognize any clip. Any other idea?
