Hi Guys
Just upgraded from a sony z7 to an ex3. lovely camera but on thing i liked about the z7 was you could manually adjust the white balance up or down a few hundred k if you needed to by being in preset white balance and with the selection wheel moving over it and rolling it up or down. however the only way i can see it being done is in the picture profile setting and then setting your preset there but it's through a menu. pain in the arse the z7 way was pretty cool. anyone know how to do it with the ex3, same with the shutter speed and the selection wheel. with the ex3 you gotta go through the menus too!!
