EX1 Picture Problem

Hey guys, sorry if this has been answered previously or im posting in the wrong section, i searched around a bit before bugging anyone :P

I have this strange problem that occurs with my EX1.. i dont think its a shutter issue.

It's a strange wave, or pulse that goes through my picture at times, changing the color in the wave slightly.. almost like a mobile phone or something is disrupting the picture, although i didnt have any electrical device on me, and it has been doing this every so often on the random occasion.

I played with the shutter speed and it goes away, then creeps back at certain shots..

ive linked a video example of the problem, please watch in High Def to see the strange pulse i am talking about.. could be a newbie problem or a major one.. not sure, thanks in advance for any help. much appreciated! :)

this looks like a problem that need to be repaired. i assume this was all natural light. i have seen waves when using hmi's with mag ballasts but not like what you have. mine much more subtle. i would get that sucker looked at.

Try switching off "flicker reduce" in the camera menu. It was set to "auto" by default on my camera and I've heard it can produce similar artefacts.

did alot of testing and the flicker reduce was the problem (i hope)

with flicker reduce set to auto or on the waves through the picture were showing with different shutter speed and lighting situations.

thanks all who helped and replied, appreciate it a million!
