Ex1 or wait for Scarlet?

[Cinemano]

Hello

Shall i get the Ex1 or wait for the Scarlet? (mini red)..
I hear it might be in same price range.. but when will it come out?

We could be waiting seasons for it.. then be on a waiting list for years.. then they prob wont deliver to europe

Scarlet has no specs, no price, no release date. Just a sub-forum dedicated to speculation. If you aren't making money with your camera, probably doesn't matter how long you wait. If you need something now to start something great, best bet is to get what's available now.

i guess RED is speculation too in a way. It exists, but in my reasoning, if you cant buy it right away, its not there. Who wants a waiting list??

Then why would you start a thread asking whether you should wait for a camera that, by your own reasoning, does not exist?
There is plenty of information on the EX1 on this board - and plenty of speculation on the Scarlet over at REDuser.
