Ex1 LCD Screen Scratches

Hi,

I've noticed the LCD on my Ex1 is rather easily scratched.Of course had I known this I would've looked into some protection of some sort. I was just wondering who elses' screen has suffered in this way and whether there was a way to actually remove these scratches.

How did it get scratched? Mine doesn't have any scratches and I don't think I'm being particularly careful with it. Do you have that soft fabric under the microphone that protects the LCD when closed?

Hmmm... mine doesn't have any scratches either and I'm not careful at all... sometimes in a hurry (between shots) I'll put it in my bag with the screen flipped out and set batteries, SxS cards, cords, etc. on top of it without consideration of the screen and my screen is scratch free.

Yep, mine got some scratches too. All I did was close the LCD (not particularly carefully but also not aggressively at all), next time I opened it there they were.

Sony service would not cover it under warranty.
