EX1 HDMI cable

Does anyone know if I can use this cable to connect from the EX1's component out to HDMI?

you cannot do that, EX1 has no HDMI (digital) , only component (analog).
it is completely different signals. You need to purchase a SDI to HDMI (pretty expensive) converter (or component to hdmi, probably cheaper) . But anyway component is great and most screens have component input.

Thanks for the information. That's why I decided to just use the existing component out of EX1 to my DP1 monitor.
