Hello guys,

Some days ago i've deleted by mistake a file from my EX1's card. I put the card away and didn't use it so i can recover the data. I think i also managed to do that using the Final Recovery program (the only one that gave me some results) and now i have some files and the mp4 video file (i'm pretty sure this is the one i deleted).

The problem is that i cannot open it with anything. I tried converting opening with a couple of players. Nothing works! Help. Is there a repairing program for the EX1 mp4 files ? They are mpeg4 right? Please help i really need the data back.

Virtual dub might open and repair them, but I don't know for sure. If you recorded anything after you deleted the clip the data is most likely unrecoverable.

The files are mpeg2 in a mp4 wrapper.

Nope, i didn't record anything. I'll try it with Virtual Dub. Really hope it will work! :violin:

It doesn't work with Virtual Dub either. Virtual Dub doesnt have support for mpeg4 or mp4 files . Is there anyway that i can make the mp4 wrapper be a mpeg2 file ?

Any other suggestions ?
