Ex1 and FCP export

Just wondering how people were exporting from FCP?

Are you just exporting to the native xdcam setting, apples pro res or something different?

I'm no expert but if someone with some knowledge could fill me in or point me in the right direction.

What are the advantages of Pro Res vs XDCAM? and others

In my view pro res still has to prove itself. Also the format is not very universal, its mac only. In terms of export; we use the same settings as recorded because it won't do anything for the image. But if you are grading the material or adding other effects it could be wise to use 10bit uncompressed.
