EX Card Transfer Issue

I need to download EX cards...through a Macbook Pro....and convert to mov(Quicktime) for a client. I have Scriptbrowser(but don't see a way to convert to MOV) and have downloaded XDCam Transfer.....(but don't have FCP.) When I load a card In XDCam Transfer..... I get a message that tells me I don't have the codecs I need(which apparently are in FCP). Any work arounds?

I'm not totally sure because i put XDCAM transfer on my comp after i already had FCP on it but you should be able to get everything you need with XDCAM transfer for it to convert everything properly...

Anyone else have an issue?

Why not just send the client a copy of the BPAV file(s)?

Easier for you, easier for the client!
