EX-1 Green Tint Problems

My work EX-1 is flickering a green tint onto the image, almost as if there was NightShot on the camera.

I am thinking that it is a sensor issue, and will have to be sent for repairs, but I wanted to check here first to see if you guys had any similar issues.

Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

a few months ago, when I was doing a white balance the image on the lcd of my ex1 became green, then I power off the camera, and when i turned it on worked right again. I dont know the cause, on that moment I tought it was some issue of the new firmware, I search over the web but I culdn't find anything about.

I've had the green LCD after doing a white balance. It turned everything green! It's from having the exposure too high during a WB. Crank down your iris and WB again.

I can't speak to the flickering unless the original poster had just done a WB.

Hmm... my EX1 won't WB at too high exposure; the error messages is similar to that with insufficient light: "NG. Light too high" (or something similar).

I've had it happen twice in 2 years, at power on. Cycled the power off/on and color was back to normal. Sometimes digital equipment doesn't always initialize properly.

I can actually replicate this to happen every time now, and yeah it's right after a white balance, at full open iris. Guess I have to keep this in mind.... Thanks guys

weird glitch though...
