I sent my EX1 to Sony on 4/2 FedEx 2 day, I received the camera back from Sony on 4/18. I had 3 issues, Backfocus with ND filters, CA visible with strong highlights against shadows and the ND filter numbers rubbing off of the plastic camera housing. Sony upgraded my firmware from 1.02 to 1.05 this fixed the backfocus, they replaced the plastic with the rubbed off paint and the CA seems about 50% better though still visible.
