Just bought from EVS yesterday. I am completely satisfied with thier service. Rush, if or when you read this, give a HUGE thanks to Ramzi and Ryan for me. They were a tremendous help with my purchasing.
I bought the DVX100A, a Bogen 3046/501 fluid head, the KATA Panda carrying case, the 72mm DV Essentials Filter Kit, and 10 MQ Panasonic tapes.
I also bought 2 of the 3500mah batteries from this site!

Just ordered a Chrosziel 411-53PK kit from Ramzi today. He was very friendly and helpful. Got the discount too although I don't know what that amounted to. My only complaint is, the price shown on their website was $1595 and was told that was wrong. Ended up costing me another $100.

Since we're all gushing over EVS (and Senor Rush), I was over there a few weeks ago looking at lighting kits. Rush was kind enough to lead me downstairs to the storage area (where customers usually aren't permitted to roam) so I could check out the kit before buying. Great customer service in my book.

Okay, I'm not the only one who though this thread was started to bad-mouth EVS. When I saw it went into multiple pages, I figured the folks at this site were jumping to their defense. Then I thought it might be a mole from one of those rip off places starting the thread. Then I clicked on it to find out I was all wrong. (Now that i'm familiar with the expression, I still have a hard time seeing how excrement is construed as a compliment -- odd how language can get sometimes).
