That's awesome man. Glad to hear it. About time they put Callaghan on IMDB too! Sweet.

For awhile at least, I actually was on eye-em-dee-bee for a pair of features that
"...just impacted on the surface" during pre-production.

I'm just glad that, when it came to Everything's Eventual, we were able to say,
"...let's blow this thing and go home!"

Oh, yes. The first one. We all remember that :-)
I don't...

Hey, the film looks killer. I don't think I saw mentioned how many shooting days there were, and about how many pages a day you guys shot?

Hey Guys, Just wanted to say this looks great. I haven't actually read the original short story (read the whole Dark Tower Series, but have yet to read some of the side stories on it... did read Hearts of Atlantis though... uh anyway) but I'm gonna check it out now for sure and put me on the list to purchase this when it comes out (assuming you get the rights cleared )

I didn't know the dollar babies could also be feature length... interesting... Good luck with the project.

Yello, jason...

There were 14 shooting days, so we averaged somewhere between 4 and 5 pages per day. Of course, we took over a suburban house/cul-de-sac location for the first 3 days (and nights) which def helped bump our average up. But then again, the big "Airport" / "Private Plane" day brought out average right back down again. So to make a long story short (too late), let's just call it 4.75 per.

Cheers

The contract is pretty informal and its big idea is that the film must be non-commercial. I asked King's assistant if there was any limit to length and I was told I would be fine.

There's no limit to the length of the dollar babies...
The shortest one is approx. 4-5 minutes, the longest one ca. 45 minutes.
This one goes for the record ;)

Look out Mr. King!

Look out Mr. King!

So.... How's post-production going?
Everything's as planned?

Everything is going well enough.
We screened a cut for my Capstone (senior thesis project) screening, which is required by my school. It wasn't close to the finished film (not much sound work and no color correction) but it was still very well received. People got the story and had a good time watching!

We are shooting for a completion date of July 31st. I think its going to turn out really well!

Look out Mr. King, Everything's Eventual is coming!

Oh, and we are working on a trailer. We would've had one much sooner but on of our two computers blew a fuse so we had only one computer to focus on the work (editing) and none on the play (trailer and website).

However we now have two computers again and we are working on a trailer for the next week or two. There should be significant progress in the "advertisement" and "publicity" aspects of the project.

Hi J.P. and Chad,

any news on the trailer and the website? I just hope the computers didn't let you down again... Oh, is there a filmposter already?

Best,
Danny
