This was one of my latest music videos, shot summer 2012. It was shot exclusively on a Canon t2i with 18-55mm kit lens, 50mm f/1.2, and 100mm macro lens. We only had use of the 1.2 for half of the shoot but it proved to be wide for the restaurant scene anyway.
During production, we had to overcome the problem of getting an "in the wall" shot of a fight scene. So as most houses are useless for this shot, we had to design and build a fake door frame with door in the middle of the living room, and as you ll see it actually worked out excellent. We did have some lighting issues with the sun coming through the window during that scene but overall it was one of our best music videos.
