Ever See This Doorway Dolly??

This guy hit me up on MYSPACE with pics of this dolly he uses. He wouldn't give me any information as to who makes/made it. I am guessing a private company. (I wanted to contact them because I would like to try to make a dolly using a go kart frame and thought I could get them to write up some plans for me) but he made it sound like I would have to go through him which I thought was odd. He then added that this thing rents for $5,000 a day. Is that a normal rental rate for a doorway dolly? I am not talking about the one that looks like a go kart.
