EVA1 - Zeiss Classic Lenses

I know the Zeiss Distagon T's aren't on the lens compatibility list for the EVA1, but was wondering if anyone has had any experience using them. Assuming no iris communication?
 
Haven't tried them on the EVA1, but I'd assume that the ones manufactured with a Canon mount (and no manual iris ring) should communicate properly with the EVA1 to allow the iris to be set by the camera.
 
I'm selling a set of very clean ZE's (21, 28, 35, 50, 85, 100 macro) with Duclos gear rings and common front adaptors for $4500. DM if interested.
