Europe promotion ?

And if we bought to an authorized dealer and there's no voucher number ?

How do we do ? Panny France told me I have a serial number which
doesn't include the promotion.
Actually, I bought to an authorized dealer to avoid this. And this is happening...
Though The preview customer had the promotion, and i'm not enjoying it...

I don't care about the battery, they're quite "cheap", but the bag could have
help the few money left to survive... Anyone can help ?

I ordered first day of promotion and have yet to receive anything. NOt worried it's a freebee and will get here when it gets here.
 
i got through to panasonic and they said they were sorry for the delay that they were getting these bags ordered special, once again stated they were sorry and would update me on monday.... that was 2 weeks ago!!
 
Registered 1st April around 1000hrs and have emailed Panasonic Europe and still waiting for a reply, not holding my breath. I guess customer service isn't their strong point or maybe they just can't organise a piss up in a brewery. Either way they really shouldn't advertise the fact on their web site that we should be seeing goods within 14 days of registering.

Help us Obi JAN Kenobi your our only hope..........
 
Just had a nice email (unprompted) from Panasonic saying that they had had problems with the import of the bags and this had slowed down the whole offer, but not to worry it will arrive, thanks for patience etc.
 
Yep, had the email too. Have to admire this kind of customer interaction - they are apologizing to me for the time it has taken to ship me gift - a more than generous gift which has cost me nothing and I would happily wait much longer for.

Thanks again Panasonic, top CS. This sort of interaction goes a long way and is never forgotten IMHO.

If they know theres a problem then a simple up-date to there website would be sufficient. Unfortunately some of us are still left in the dark regarding delivery. I certainly haven't received any emails from them regarding updates and as a Global company think its very shoddy in how they have handled this situation.

It's not rocket science ,is it?
 
No email here either. I did recieve an email over a month ago with confirmation of my registration and entry after I had enquired. Since then nothing.

It is good to read that there is something happening out there.
 
I have mailed panasonic and they apologise for the situation and say its a delay of the bags, and they will contact me i with in next two weeks. So I guess we just have to wait, they working on it. Better late then never, and its still free:).
 
Me too. I had an email apologising that the bags are made to order, and they are delayed.
 
odd that some did and some didn't get the email. For those that didn't here is what it said:
(Note - I am in the UK, so the reasons given in this email may only apply to that local).

Firstly I would like to congratulate you on your decision to purchase the
amazing new AG-HVX200.
I hope it gives you many years service producing high quality video using
the simplified workflows possible with P2.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in
supplying the offered Kata bag and spare battery.
You will all be aware that customs sometimes have a will of their own and
on this occasion they have slowed down the importation of our supply of
bags.
Please be assured that this situation will soon be resolved and we will
ship your goods out to you as soon as possible.

I will post a banner on the website as soon as the bags and batteries are
shipping and also inform you myself.

Again I apologise for this situation and will be in touch again within the
next two weeks.

My thanks for your patience."
 
Hey Guys,
Im just wondering how much you all payed for your HVX's? We all know how the best price in America is roughly $5300 USD but how about in other places around the world? Here in Australia they want $10,000 AUD which is approx $7,700 USD! Are we all being ripped off? :(

Pro Gressive, got mine for £3450 +VAT, and 2 8GB cards @ £930 +VAT each, also a P2 Store @ £1299 inc VAT from H.Preston Media (name dropped by Steve Shovlar, and I've found them very good)

Very happy camper...

...apart from not being able to do any 720 25P...
