Europe promotion ?

The panasonic-broadcast promotion thingy where you give serial and voucher number for free battery and bag.
Well I entered but haeven't herd anything back yet. I thought they were disihing the prizes out the the first few hundred or is it totaly random if you win ?
-was getting all excited for a minute :(
 
I wrote voucher number and serial number of the camera, but it told that voucher number is wrong :|

When I entered it said delivery within two weeks, which is this friday. And if you look on the site there are still 400 os so bags left.
 
I know 400 bags left but wheres mine ?
I think it's random, I did ev erything it asked but have nothing.
I have correct dealer and registered weeks ago at about 750 left.
What gives ?

I had the same problem. Check the serial number on the outside of the box that the DVX came in, there is another serial number there that differes by the first letter. I tried that one and it worked when the one on my camera didn't.
Wierd.

When is it going to arrive????
Does any one know who can be contacted about this?

On the side of the box of the HVX. Its the same format as the serial number on the camera (under the eyepiece) except the first letter is a "B" instead of a "C"
I used that one on the promotion website and it accepted it when the one on the actual camera wasn't.
 
I entered it two days ago and i have not heard anything yet, but I guess it can take some days. I checked my serial at the box and it was the same as the one on the camera.

It's NOT Random. It's the first 750 to register. The website design is not the best when it comes to form filling. The voucher box actually has 3 or 4 boxes (I can't actually remember) make sure you enter the first number into the first box, it then automatically tabs to the next box as you enter your voucher number.

Ah, then I probely just have to wait cause it said congratulation you won when i registerd. And that they had to verify it and after that it should take two weeks to get the goodies. Thanks, now i abit more relaxt.

Seems others have had a similar issue with the voucher number, but I'm not clear how they resolved it.

I've been trying to register my HVX on the promotion site, but it doesn't accept my Voucher number. I'm copying it exactly as it is on the promotional flyer which came in the box, but the web-page keeps coming back and saying I have not completed the details correctly - the voucher field is then highlighted in red.

Its very odd as the number I have fits perfectly into the Voucher field formatting and I have triple checked all the other fields are correct. Seeing as the Voucher field is highlighted in red I can only assume this is the field that needs correcting.

The promotion does not say its full, in fact its says '414 buyers left' as of today.

Any hints; the Voucher number I have is formatted like this '010xxxx'. This is a fantastic promotion and I would hate to miss it!

I'm tryin everyday...
My voucher number is 010XXXX
and serial on the box is exactly the same of the camera...
I tried to use the first letter to B instead C, but no luck for me :(

When I was shopping around the different UK dealers for my camera I asked about the promotion. One of the dealers said that they were registering the cameras for their customers. It could be that your camera/voucher combo has already been registered by the dealer that sold you the camera.
Who did you buy from?
Could be worth looking in to.
 
I bought from Mitcorp in London. I didn't actually know about the promotion before I went down there, but as I was leaving the sales rep mentioned the promotion.

The box had not been opened before I got to it, so i don't think that happened with this order, but by the sounds of it, it could have happened with other dealers.

I got that I'd won, and it said "You entered the following information" and there was nothing in the boxes.

So I contacted Panasonic Europe and they got back to me about a week later saying that yes, my details had gone in correctly. I replied asking when I would receive my prize, I got no response.
