Due to the fact that the GH4 is still barely available in Europe I could not manage to get my hands on one and try it myself. So a question to all the lucky owners who have one already: I plan to use C-Mount lenses with the GH4's ETC mode. But how good is the quality of the previewed image on the LCD-display and the EVF in ETC mode?
On my GH3 it looks very mushy, somehow like a bad quality jpeg scaled to 200 percent. On the fly it was nearly impossible for me to judge focus with it.
Did this improve on the GH4 (besides that there's focus peaking now and the LCD's resolution is much higher)?
